5. Vehicle Condition and Preparation

• Customers are responsible for preparing their vehicles for transport, including removing personal items and ensuring proper functionality.

• Ocean Blue Logistics is not liable for damages caused by loose or improperly secured items left in the vehicle.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

6. Liability and Insurance

• The Company provides insurance coverage during transit, subject to the terms of our insurance provider.

• Customers must inspect their vehicle upon delivery and document any damage before signing the delivery receipt.

• Ocean Blue Logistics is not responsible for damage caused by force majeure events (e.g., weather, natural disasters).

7. Delivery Timeframes

• While we strive to meet agreed-upon delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, mechanical issues).

• The Company is not liable for losses or expenses caused by delivery delays.

8. Prohibited Items

• Vehicles may not contain firearms, hazardous materials, or illegal items.

• Ocean Blue Logistics reserves the right to refuse service if prohibited items are found.
